My little brother is allergic to dairy and we specificly asked for no cheese. There was cheese on his burger and luckily he had always checked his food for dairy. He told my dad and we took it back and they were extremely rude to us. Never going back again.
Good place. Clean place. Friendly workers. Food is good, beats going to McDonald's.
Only stop here if you have no other choice. The employees sure know you had none, and treat you accordingly. They know the nearest food is 30 miles away and pathetically enjoy the tiny power that gives them to treat you like dirt and attempt to over charge, then act like it is your fault the employee cannot do basic math. It was bizzare. I tried to explain the simple mistake they had made when she gets super irritated and won't even let me explain. But hey, that is how the management has taught them to treat people. I got the best screw you from management that used only slightly different language. I think they may even think it is a fun way to pass the time. Bet there is a score board in the break room challenging each other for who can mess with customers the most. Unfortunately, you are likely only stopping here out of desperation, and will not be able to heed this friendly warning. If you do be prepared for the surly service, check your order and receipt, and be ready to just laugh off their sad attempt at superiority.
I drive from Kc to Wichita quite regularly, use this turnpike and have stopped at this hardees several times. As well as the dunkin donuts and gas station conveniently located in the same building. Customer service is extremely non existent. For all three but particularly hardees. They have messed up several of my orders, and did not seem to care at all. Make a mistake, fine, but do your best to make it right. The employees look very unprofessional and acted even worse. Either just standing around or flirting with each other. I've stopped here enough for their Wi-Fi to know there is the same 6 or so employees. It's gross behind the counter and even near the soda machines. Unfortunately there is nothing else around and they know that and make you aware that they know that. Wait another 35 miles and hit up the other one exactly this, but closer to a town, less disgusting and less irritating.
Had very hot and season food. GREAT customer service with cashier and team mate.
